Angled Terminals

• Proximity terminal - Hold Up employee proximity card over the PRESENT ID window on the clocking terminal to clock IN. Simply repeat process to Clock OUT.

• KEYPAD usage on a terminal - To clock IN & OUT you will have to press the F1 button, enter the employee BADGE NO. (does not require leading zeroes) and then press the ACCEPT button to clock IN/OUT. If you make a mistake then you will have to press the REJECT button to get back to the time & date and start again.
  
  
• Biometric (Fingerprint) Terminal – This terminal can either be used by using a Proximity card or by using the Keypad. Simply follow one of the above steps (2 & 3) to clock IN & OUT, after which the clocking terminal will prompt you to place your registered finger on the scanner window. It will try to read your finger up to 3 times. Whilst it is doing this the display window may ask you to adjust your finger for better positioning. NB. Make sure your hands are clean & dry and that you are using the correct finger.
  
  
• The clocking terminal will confirm with 1 x beep and show either a badge number or the persons name depending on how your system has been configured.
  
  
• If you clock IN/OUT incorrectly the clocking terminal will show ERROR on the display and you will hear multiple beeps.
  
  
• Hand Punch Terminal –There are no cards to create, administer, carry or lose. The HandPunch® terminal verifies employees' identities in less than one second, based on the unique size and shape of their hands. For small companies, the HandPunch terminal provides a quick return on investment by eliminating the cost associated with administrating and managing cards. For companies that have small, multiple locations, minimal supervision leaves opportunity for buddy punching and time fraud.
  
  
• Touch Screen Terminal –Touch-screen terminals define the 21st century standards of attendance kiosks. 'Employee-Self-Service' solutions, (ESS), are finally available to small and medium size companies. A 7inch, full colour, TFT LCD screen provides a crisp, user-interface, whilst Bioscrypt's world-class fingerprint recognition technology assists in the elimination of 'buddy-punching'. Proximity badge support is offered with a choice of Indala, HID or Mifare compatible solutions. The range has been designed for the User: bespoke features may be incorporated into the unit by the manufacturers with a minimum of development time and therefore a greatly reduced cost.
