timestart Global Assist

The timestart® Global Assist contract covers a period of twelve months and is renewable annually.

timestart® Global Assist is the name given to the Support service offered by timeware® to all timestart® registered users.

Listed below are the Support services that can be expected from timeware® Support:

timeware® will provide office based telephone support between 9.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday (except Bank Holidays unless otherwise agreed)

All timeware® certified engineers have attended the relevent training courses and showed competence in the timeware® product range.

Having Internet access will enable timeware® Support to utilise the timeware® Web Services. These services include:

• Online Fault Logging system
• Knowledge Base
• Remote Administration
