Overview

How do you monitor your security personnel, and know they are completing all their tours at the correct time? The Guard Tour System allows you to accurately monitor the times of tours and when key areas have been checked.

The Guard Tour System works by fixing checkpoints to wall along a route, your security employees use a indestructible, waterproof, handheld data collector to tag these points when they are there on the tour. Your security guard can also tag an event such as ''Door Open, or Door Broken''. The data collector stores all this information until you require it.

When you want to view the data you can download the it wirelessly to an easy to use piece of software and then print concise reports.

Models

Guard Tour System - Cradle Version

This system can not only read a normal RFID tag whose working frequency is 125KHZ in the distance ranging from 3cm to 5cm but also read a 2.4G RFID tag in the distance ranging from 10 meters to 100 meters. If the button on the reader is pressed, the reader is switched to read the 2.4G RFID tag. It can communicate with a computer through a 2.4G communication station without being inserted in it.

The reader can be put beside the communication station which is connected with the computer through a USB cable in the range less than 10 meters to download the data in the reader to the computer. Additionally, the battery can be charged without opening the reader. The reader can be inserted into the communication station which is connected with electric power to charge its battery.

Guard Tour System - USB Only Version

This system is has a Popo Pin connecter instead of the normal USB port, which makes the device more rugged and waterproof. With special waterproof pad and adhesive, the reader can work in the water without any problem; furthermore, 60000 records can be stored before the next download of data.

It works with 125 Khz RFID tags; with a simple non-contact swipe, the reader can read information from the tags, and then upload all the patrol records to the management software in a computer by a Popo Pin connecting cable; the information reports can demonstrate the guards' patrolling activities.

Guard Tour System - GPRS Version

This system is an innovative real time tour svstem. It enables guards to easily communicate with control center via non-contacting read RFID tag and send all tags data back to control center immediately and directly in real time by using GPRS data transmission. There is also a handy tool of situation of emergency, for example employees working alone that are in trouble can push the panic button and the main head quarters can get their location and send someone to help them.

It has wide range of applications such as keeping track of scheduled maintenance workers, tracking guards, supervising personnel work time and place, airport protection and supervising workers, hotel protection and supervising workers etc.
