“Autotime Premium” Time & Attendance module

Using the system is very simple, each employee has a credit card style badge which they insert into the clocking terminal to clock IN & OUT. Upon insertion, the terminal will verify the swipe by displaying their name on-screen and beeping once.

· Personnel record database plus disciplinary, training/qualification, appraisals, job/career, absence records, notepad, vehicle, medical, bank, employee photo etc.

· Hourly Costs can be added per employee e.g. £5.50 basic, £8.25 Time & Half etc.

· Absence Calendar plus tracking facility per employee. A specified absence can be tracked to search how many days are booked off, taken or left remaining.

· Absence/Holiday/Statutory block bookings per department, group etc.

· Automatic holiday entitlement can be awarded to new employees. If employees start in the middle of the year the system can calculate the remaining entitlement.

· Statistics to view all Personnel with the same absence day booked off.

· Unlimited Absence codes which can also be assigned to categories.

· Unlimited schedules/shifts, departments and groups.

· Unlimited clocking terminals on a single site or multiple remote sites. Terminals are available with magnetic, bar code, smart card fingerprint, biometric, touch screen and proximity readers. Bar code wand and scanners can also be fitted.

· A large selection of comprehensive management reports + Report Set-up Generator. (reports can be viewed and printed for a day/s weeks, months, years, for hours worked including overtime rates, core-time infringements, absences, manual adjustments by supervisors, personnel database records etc. etc.)

· Fire Alarm Roll Call can be requested to find out who’s ON/OFF site or linked to the fire alrm for automatic printouts at fire locations.

· Bell Ringing facility for Start/Finish, Lunch/Tea breaks etc.

· Integrated Payroll Links (optional). Various links have already been written to most of the popular packages (bespoke links available upon request), Sage Pegasus, Earnie, Tetra, Quickbooks etc.
